Overview

The Həleləm Collective is more than a housing authority. We are here to support you in every step of your housing journey. Our work doesn’t end when you get your keys. It continues through ongoing services that keep homes safe, stable, and comfortable. We know that a home is the foundation for family, wellness, and belonging.

That’s why we have created services that respond to everyday needs, respect the dignity of tenants, and make sure every Member feels cared for. Whether you need a repair, want to raise a concern, or simply need guidance, we are here to listen and to help.

Homes Need Care

We want to make sure repairs are done quickly and properly. If something in your home isn’t working the way it should, we make it simple to let us know.

Submit A Request, Anytime

Tenants can submit a maintenance request online at any time through our request form. Once a request is received, our property management team will review it, assign the right staff or contractor, and follow up with you until the repair is complete.

For Emergencies

Tenants can call our emergency line twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We respond as quickly as possible because your safety and comfort are our highest priorities.

Send Your Feedback

Your Feedback Matters

We know that issues can sometimes arise. When that happens, we are committed to handling concerns in a way that is fair, respectful, and transparent.

Tenants can submit their feedback through our online form or by contacting our office directly. Our team reviews each one carefully, reaches out to understand the situation, and works with everyone involved to find a fair solution.

We believe accountability is the foundation for trust, and we want you to feel heard and respected.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

To make life easier, we have included answers to some of the most common questions we hear from tenants.

Rent is essential for keeping homes in good condition and for building new housing. Rent payments cover maintenance, staff, and loan repayments, and they allow us to keep providing housing for all Members.

Rent is set based on funding agreements and varies depending on the type of housing. In some cases, rent is tied to household income. In other cases, rent is set within an affordable range to ensure fairness.

We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. If you’re having difficulty paying rent, reach out right away. Our staff will work with you to create a plan and connect you with resources that can help. Eviction is always the very last resort.

Repairs can be requested online through our maintenance request form, or by calling our office. For emergencies, call the twenty-four hour emergency line.
Your safety matters. If you see unsafe or illegal activity, please contact our office immediately. In serious cases, we may also work with law enforcement to make sure everyone is safe.
