Every Member of Tsawwassen First Nation deserves housing that reflects who we are, honours our culture, and gives us stability for generations to come.
We manage the Nation’s housing portfolio today and we are also planning and building new homes for the future. By combining affordable, mixed-income, and market housing, we’re creating a foundation that heals, supports prosperity, and ensures every Member has the opportunity to live in a home they’re proud of.

TFN Rental Units
Right now, the Həleləm Collective manages a growing range of homes across the community.
Each one is more than just a place to live. It’s part of a neighbourhood, a support system, and a vision for stronger families and a stronger Nation.
spa:lʔelə | Raven Nest
Raven Nest is located at 2375 to 2385 Raven Lane and is home to a broad range of TFN Members from young families with children to Elders. The building includes two one-bedroom and den units and four, five-bedroom units, all with mobility access and ground-floor living area.
During 2024-2025 the building underwent a major capital beautification project consisting of a new building envelope, siding, new windows and doors, interior courtyard remodeling, perimeter drainage upgrading, new fences and landscaping. In addition interior pipes were replaced and new flooring, painting, kitchens and bathrooms vanities installed.
yəxʷəleʔelə | Eagle Nest
In March 2021 the TFN Government completed construction of a six-plex located at 2371 Raven Lane. This was the first rental complex built in the TFN Community Area after treaty d was funding from CMHC’s Section 95 program. The Eagle Nest modular building has six, three-bedroom accessible units and has been fully occupied by various TFN Member families since April 2021.

ci:tməxʷʔelə | Owl Nest
ci:tməxʷʔelə (Owl Nest) is a purpose-built, 36-unit ground-oriented rental townhome complex located at 2261 Tsawwassen Drive. The high-quality, BCBC Step 3 code-compliant complex offers a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes designed to meet the diverse needs of TFN Members and their families. It also includes onsite amenities such as a children’s playground, garden area, and designated smoking area. BC Housing was the project’s funding partner.
This development reflects TFN’s ongoing commitment to creating safe, high-quality, and affordable housing that supports community goals and long-term self-sufficiency. More than housing, čitməxʷʔelə represents a broader vision of TFN-led development, one that honors cultural heritage while addressing the evolving needs of the community.
