In hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓, Həleləm means “houses” or “housing.” To the Collective, it embodies the spirit of home — gathering together, lifting one another up, and restoring balance through safe, culturally grounded homes where Tsawwassen Members not only survive, but thrive.
Rooted in Tsawwassen teachings, the Həleləm Collective builds and manages homes and community spaces, embracing community-led planning, transparent governance, and responsible land stewardship to strengthen sovereignty, foster prosperity, and nurture belonging across generations.

Housing Solutions That Honour Our Community
spa:lʔelə | Raven Nest
At 2375–2385 Raven Lane, Raven Nest offers two one-bedroom + den and four five-bedroom units, all mobility accessible. A major 2024–2025 renovation upgraded the exterior, interiors, and landscaping.
yəxʷəleʔelə | Eagle Nest
Built in 2021 at 2371 Raven Lane, Eagle Nest provides six three-bedroom accessible units. It was the first TFN rental complex built after treaty, funded through CMHC’s Section 95 program.
ci:tməxʷʔelə | Owl Nest
Located at 2261 Tsawwassen Drive, ci:tməxʷʔelə (Owl Nest) is a 36-unit townhome complex offering 1–4 bedroom homes with family-friendly amenities. Developed with BC Housing, it reflects TFN’s commitment to safe, high-quality, affordable housing.
